A) Online Mode of Payment Submission through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card directly through the Website

• A.1 Click on the link “ View Ledger and make Online Payment ” on the home page of the website (www.upavp.com)
• A.2 First time users have to Register (One Time)
• A.3 Registered users will proceed by clicking “Login”

B) Offline Mode of Payment Submission through Cash / Demand Draft / NEFT / FT / RTGS

For making payment through Offline Mode the Allottees will again have following 2 Options:

B.1 Option 1: Generate E-Challan from the Website through Login and deposit the payment in the respective Bank

• B.1.1 Follow the process as mentioned in the step A.1 to A.3 to Register (One Time) and Login on UPAVP - Property and Estate Management System (PEMS).
• B.1.2 After Login click on the link “ View Ledger & make Payment ”
• B.1.3 Click on the link “ Pay Installment ” to make the payment
• B.1.4 Select the Offline Payment Modes “ Cash / Demand Draft / NEFT / FT / RTGS ” and print E-challan
• B.1.5 Deposit the payment through the e-challan in the respective Bank
• B.1.6 The e-challan will have the unique Property ID which is allotted for your Property.
• B.1.7 All your payment will be deposited against this Property ID only.
• B.1.8 After depositing the payment, the Bank will return the copy of the e-challan duly signed & stamped

B.2 Option 2: Visit the respective Bank and deposit the payment by generating E-Challan with the help of Bank Officials

• B.2.1 Check the banks that have been allotted your scheme which is mentioned in the Scheme Brochure or UPAVP Website http://www.upavp.com.
• B.2.2 Visit the respective Bank with the Demand Letter you have received from UP Housing & Development Board
• B.2.3 You will have to provide your Property ID displayed on the Demand Letter or the Intimation Letter to the Bank for submitted your payment in the Bank.
• B.2.4 In Case you have not received your Property ID you can provide the Demand Letter Copy to the Bank and they will register your details online and provide you the Property ID.
• B.2.5 All your payment will be deposited against this Property ID only.
• B.2.6 After depositing the payment, the Bank will return the copy of the e-challan duly signed & stamped
